Founded and led the first-ever live TEDx event in my school district after securing official licensing from the TED organization. Over two years, I directed a team of 30+ students to bring the event from concept to execution, building the organization from the ground up and establishing repeatable systems for planning and delivery. I oversaw open auditions where 50+ students presented five-minute talks, selecting five speakers each year and working closely with them over several months to refine their ideas, structure, and delivery. In parallel, I managed marketing, fundraising, operations, event logistics, and timelines, while also emceeing the live events.
